Officer Michael P. Garza has been a Patrolman for thirteen years. Officer Garza was Unit rep. in the 004th District for over five years and watch rep. before that. Officer Garza was on the contract negotiation team and is on the legal defense committee. Officer Garza has received two department commendations and the Superintendents Award of Valor while in Patrol.
