Now hiring Loss Prevention Associate

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to promote and maintain the store's loss prevention and property protection programs.

The Loss Prevention Associate will establish, promote and maintain the store's loss prevention and property protection programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Support store loss prevention and operational procedures.

-Conduct internal investigations and interviews to determine
 causes of shrink.

-Conduct and/or participate in store-wide operational/safety
 audits.

-Utilize audit results, CCTV and other resources to identify
 incidents of theft and fraud.

-Communicate with store management and Home Office
 Operations as needed.

-Participate in staff and self development; educate
 associates and management of loss prevention procedures
 to achieve company loss prevention goals.

-Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years related retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
