MPRI
(Posted 2/6/08)

MPRI has a contract with the US Department of Defense, providing Law Enforcement Professionals (LEPs) - former law enforcement officers and agents with organized crime, gang and narcotic networks investigative experience - to be embedded with US Military units in Iraq and Afghanistan.

LEPs must have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of law enforcement investigative experience, be able to qualify for at least a secret security clearance, and be capable of deploying to these hostile and harsh environments, where they will be providing a law enforcement perspective to the effort to identify and defeat the terrorists and insurgents utilizing IEDs.  A full job description can be found on the website, https://app.mpri.com/IIF/jobs/jobsummary.html under job posting #3328.

The pay and benefits are excellent for this position, which is a full-time employment opportunity, not an independent contractor.
