Medicare requires Aetna to offer Healthy Home Visits. This is a part of your member benefits and is a free program for you, you are not obligated to participate in this program, you may decline if you wish. You may be receiving a letter explaining this program, if you wish to use the benefit simply call the number the list for you to schedule an appointment, if you do not wish to participate simple disregard the letter.
We pledge ourselves to promote the health and welfare of all Chicago Law Enforcement Officers and their immediate families; to raise and maintain the professional standards of the Chicago Law Enforcement Officer; and to represent Chicago Police Officers in affairs relative to the administration of the department.
