Illinois Lottery Instant Scratch Off Ticket benefiting the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation

The Illinois Lottery launched the Instant Scratch Off Ticket that benefits Illinois Police Memorials, including the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, on May 3rd.
